Topical spironolactone cream/lotion and tabs

Can anyone advise where is best to buy topical spironolactone ? I am In the UK or can pinpoint where to get some tabs relatively cheap no prescription to make spironolactone mixed in dermabase? Thanks

You can buy tablets from alldaychemist and mix it yourself.

And I am actually interested in this. I usually buy this for my mum on Canadian pharmacy when I'm in America but now I'm in Britain. I really miss such sites with such good products actually. Respond if you find something
