I could be wrong but it seems that it does destroy the AR..

There was an Italian patent for the Curcumin/Resveratrol Combo and alopecia. Based on it I took those orally for 6 months. It did absolutely nothing.
The bioavailablity (digestion) for resveratrol is just not usable for hair-loss.

We further examined the growth-inhibitory effect of resveratrol on LNCaP cells after 24 h treatment. We found that a 100 µM treatment of resveratrol caused inhibition of cell growth in the presence of androgens with little detection of apoptosis, whereas 200 µM resveratrol induced massive apoptotic cell death

We even have a potential topical already avaialable in nanosomes.
This was designed to increase bioavailalbility for oral ingestion, not sure if it would work well on a scalp though.

There seems to be some creams avaialable, and of course we can also try mixing powder from resveratrol caps with alcohol or aloe etc..

Any thoughts on this ?

Why don't you ask Elsom or Skinactives...both will have the ingredients and knloedge to make a worthy product...Elsom will also do it in Nanosomes....

Orally more than enough resveratrol is absorbed at 200mg, with curcumin the addition of bioprene is all that is needed and it works amazingly well.

As for topical, you don't need any of that as it is absorbed easily my the direct aplication to the cells in that manner as you are not deal with the liver and etc

Harold, Michael Barry..any thoughts ?
Would using resveratrol topically do anything ? I used it orally with curcumin and it did not seem to halt hair thinning.
