So this is me now. From the front and back, my eyes look weird in the front picture lol. I wish i started sooner, this is pretty bad.

You have 3 options:

-Buzz Cut
-Finasteride ( to hold your status)
- Hair transplant ( but without finasteride a bad option)

Or do nothing = Full Balding in a few years.

Yep, that is the feeling creeping upon. I have to quit drinking first to get a prescription and learn to eat again. It is pain, but i will fight for this. It's definetily going downhill quickly.

Hi pazzini, your hair looks good from the front and frames the face well.
Bad news as you know you're diffusing a lot but with a lot of luck and finesteride, minoxidil you may get some regrowth.

Thanks for the input. I have decided to go for Finasteride, use it as motivation for drinking problems, won't get a prescription until that is sorted.

If i get sides, or it keeps getting worse i will take the plunge and get a buzz cut, instead of going the painful route of watching it get worse and worse.
