Thoughts about Dr. Redmond?

I've seen some pretty negative things written about Redmond. For those of you who might have seen him or heard of him - what do you think of him? I thought he was a little odd, but he was very thorough. His price was outrageous. But he seems to know a lot more about female hair loss than most derms.

I have read nothing good about the man.I'd rather my wife go bald than see him.

Thanks. I've decided to get a second opinion because I just didn't trust him. What have you heard?

One thing that bugs me about him is that he insists that Telogen Effluvium by itself is a non-diagnosis and all hairloss is from Androgenetic Alopecia(male pattern baldness,FPB).
