Even though literature says it doesn't help male pattern baldness there are anecdotes that it does. HOWEVER there is no proof it cures anything for AA (she is taking it long term). It has the potential for much more serious side effects than Propecia and Propecia has more evidence of working. If you are going to take something that is a major burden on your health it shouldn't be forever...nobody take Accutane forever or Chemotherapy forever. Propecia is friendlier than these drugs but Xeljanz is borderline.

It definitely can while on it and possibly a few months after taking it. It would be more unpatterned so diffuse all over (so general thinning on the top) or random patches. It wouldn't be in the male pattern baldness pattern of gradual recession.

Yeah. I tried Dutasteride Powder from P H G too ... same odor, same texture, same no results. I tried 10mg a day and even more.
You could try but it might not work as well as legit dutasteride.

Oh, that's discouraging. Are you seeing results with your current brand of dutasteride?

Not anymore, because I lowered Dutasteride to one pill a day ... I want my libido back, and I'm losing too much hair. After 10 years on Dutasteride.
You could try Dutasteride powder, if it doesnt work try Dutasteride pills ...

i cant find anything about systemic absorption of topical JAK inhibitors , would be great if we find someone who used them to share his experience.

It’s hard to know. Anyone who has taken place in trials has taken up to 10mg twice daily or a 2% topical without any awful sides. Those were all autoimmune alopecia sufferers though. I am scoping out prices on alibaba because I’m intersted to try it.

Yeah. It was supposed to be pink. My head is tilted because you can’t see the scalp through my hair from that angle haha
