The Ref At City V Spurs Game Hair Concealer

This is for the europeans,anybody notice the turkish refs hair in the city v spurs game......looks like he uses mane spray or something similar it just didnt look right.
It just looked black without any strands of hair visable.
Great ref though,well pep guardiola may disagree though.
