Transplants are basically sh*t for anything past NW3
That used to be the case but not anymore. They have evolved and now there are clinics specialising in giving once slick bald Norwood 6-7 guys life changing results:

Look at what 7K grafts can do to a totally bald dude:

6,048 Grafts/ FUE/ 1 Session/ 10 months post-op from the clinic that most consider the best in the world:

And of course, if your donor is virgin and very dense you could consider doing a giga session with Dr. Zarev from Bulgaria and get your scalp totally covered like a miracle:

Finasteride is luck based. minoxidil is pretty much a snake oil.

And transplants - are only meant for men with minor hair loss and great donor. Even then, results are not anywhere near the density of native hair, and many men must suffer with a high NW2 hairline of the beta male. And balding is unpredictable, you can restore your hairline from a transplant then suddenly lose the crown a few years later, even on meds. I've seen guys go from no crown loss to bald crown in just the 12 months they were recovering from their hairline transplant. Hair transplants just have not advanced enough yet.

Finasteride + Minoxidil = sh*t , Isnt a cure in many people ...
Hair transplant= many are sloppy , scalp looks poor , only if you have surgery with a top surgeon = waiting lists of a year or more and are expensive option

Doesn't this look like a cure

F*ck waiting for DECADES like a retard for hair cloning and other treatments that never come. If a regular hair transplant can give me that I will be more than satisfied, no matter how expensive.

Would be nice if we didn't have to manipulate hormones to maintain...
That dude had lost all his non permanent hair already. And the transplanted hairs are DHT resistant. I don't see the necessity for meds.

And even if fina were advisable, f*cking pay the price like a man. Good sh*t in life doesn't come for free.

Ironic statement considering manhood is what you lose in the bargain.

Would you mind sharing pictures?
Don't have any before pictures and currently it's too long to see things clearly. Planning to buzz it down some time in the future to show microneedling progress though.
Nuking DHT and then microneedling with minoxidil seems more of a cure than a transplant at least for diffuse thinners, it seems to me the more hairs are in a place the more hairs are created by needling so while a 100% bald spot will take forever to grow anything a diffused spot will progress much faster.

I asked because while DUPA normally does disqualify you from transplants, there are certain surgeons who can still get you a good result even with DUPA.

Transplants are the way to go, even if you have to go back 2 or 3 times. Just think of the quality of life difference when you're not using every pill and lotion you can and hoping for a miracle, and when you aren't a slave to these forums.

6000 grafts got me from approaching a NW5 to a full head of hair, roughly nw2, not perfect by any means but I just go about my life now having hair, some people have even complimented it with no clue it was man-made. I expect I'll need one more in the future, I have about 2000 grafts of donor left and worst case scenario I'll exhaust the donor and get SMP on the sides or something while keeping the sides short. It's way more aesthetically pleasing to have hair on top even if the sides are thin.
