Tattooing On Scalp? Anyone Done That?

I'm curious, has anyone had their scalp tattooed, either just shading or microblading to help hide/blend your scalp?
Would it actually make your hair loss worse potentially?

I guess it could be a problem later if you still have enough hair left when you go grey.

Anyway I'm just curious.
