Hey guys, i bumped into something that caught my eye ....
"Lactic acid has similar hydrating effects to urea, and also breaks down keratin, which is a protein that forms part of the skin structure."

Okay, so it known that Lactic Acid is released by your muscles when working out. Thats what gives your muscles that burning feeling. And it is extracted from your body through sweat. Since most of our sweat and heat is lost through our heads, there is prolly a large concentration of lactic acid there.
And since hairs are mostly composed of Keratin protiens, those become destroyed resulting in hair loss.
If this is a possibility, it would explain why i started to go very thin when i began to workout daily, almost a year ago.
What do you guys think? Your opinions are welcome.
(Ohh ... and im not saying people should stop working out .... i think girls prefer guys with a wicked body over hair)
