How many years would it take for you to fork over $20,000?

I think it would take me a little time to collect enough kidneys to afford that, so within a week

I would force my parents to take a loan. Even if it meant I had to sell myself to kentucky fried chicken ladies in order to repay them.

Not long; would borrow what ever money I could of close relatives; sell several high value posessions and work my ars* off. I reckon it would take me two years as an absolute maximum whilst still having a good quality of life.

I would lend you all the money and charge you 17% interest....and you would pay it. That way you would pay for my hair...Hahahahahahahahah :uglylol:

That's the American way! :finger2:

and if you don't pay me..then the government will bail me out....

Americans only bail out the big guys, like Goldmensax. They would never bail out small lenders like you. They just give enough welfare checks to get voted into office. The rest of the tax money goes to the oligarchy. This is the opposite of socialism over here.

I don't understand why everyone here would give anything by any means, including robbing, raping, killing, to have again a full head. You just feed the surgeons greed.

Hair restoration should be cheap. It is just.. hair after all. Not a limb or an eye. Of course this is not possible with todays methods but in a distant future when bioengineering will turn this into a routine procedure, a NW7 --> NW1 transformation should not cost more than $5000 (random number to show a price that almost everyone could afford in the monetary unit of that future time).

Haha, rest assured, if this was out now, I'd be breaking my neck to get it - not literally, that would defeat the purpose ;)

The said truth is that an effective treatment already exists and has existed for at least a dozen years. The problem is that the "system" looks for a single drug solution and that probably does not exist, unless something like Dutasteride is started at the first sign of hair loss.

It would probably take me around 9 months.

All you need to know is right here. If your hair loss is recent and you have $200 or so a month to spend, there is no reason to go bald.

The biggest obstacle right now is simply delivery, especially for those who retain significant hair and wear it long.
