I'm certainly no expert but if you've been shedding 200 a day for 15 months obviously it's not a problem.
Do the math, 15 months is about 395 days. 200 hairs a day is 79,000 hairs. If the average person (with a full head) has 100,000 hairs on their head and the resting phase lasts 3 months you'd have much more than slight thinning by now.
You may lose a lot but I'd say it's growing back.
How much time is the question? Could finasteride be speeding this up?
It will grow back but a bit thinner each time. Over time it will become noticeable.
