Can you ban this imbecile till he learns how to have civil discourse? I'd hate to be this guy at 28yrs old; he has a silly brain. I did it a few times back, but didn't realize he was that autistic to wait the duration of disliking.

Please use the PM or report function in future. Thanks. If I had my way this system wouldn't exist and it would be green/red rep based like on the old forum. Where you can only rep someone every so often too. I wanted that for a while and I think Roberto too due this abuse. Dislikes/likes shouldn't matter on here at all to anyone, beyond knowing if someone is a troll.
