I had my derm appointment yesterday, friday. I finally told him that he was not doing anything for me and I would like to get a second opinion. He is referring me to the Cleveland Clinic. I will be seeing a Dr. Wilma Bergfeld. He says she is one of the best here in the midwest. Hopefully she will be able to do something. Trying hard to keep my hopes up.

That is awesome that you were able to speak frankly to your doctor and request to see someone else. Most people are too intimidated to do this.
