Should I Be Concerned? Am I Balding?

I have always had very thick hair, until a few months ago when I noticed my hair seemed thinner near my crown. The rest of my hair is normal. It doesnt seem normal to start balding only on the top of your head? I also started taking creatine around the time i first noticed my hair was thinner at the top, maybe some correlation between the two as creatine can increase DHT levels? I'm only 20 should I be worried? thanks for the help.

Your midscalp does look suspicious OP. Can't confirm because it also looks like hair dye or something got on your head lol. Monitor it for now and If you feel its getting worse look into finasteride.

Your hair line looks fine. There may be slight thinning of the crown which could be a fluke (sometimes hair is thinner at certain times) or it could be the early part of a problem.

You have 2 options:

1) Do nothing and monitor the situation and decide what to do then (finasteride/Minoxidil)
2) Use Minoxidil on the top if overly concerned. This is a multi month commitment and can cause an initial shed.
