Good evening everyone,
I am a 21 year old male and I’ve been having a rough time with my hair lately.
I’ve started losing hair at around 18 years old, due to stress and an aggressive weight loss that I had (30kg in 4 months) at least this was the diagnose of my dermatologist.
Anyway, I stared eating better, quitting bad habits and using 1ml of minoxidil 5% twice a day. Now it’s been a month and I haven’t cut my hair since, so there is a bit of length there. But when I apply the solution I notice that the only hair that fall are short, thin hair while I’ve never ever seen a longer hair fall. Is that a good thing or bad? Am I responding to the treatment in the correct way or do I have to lose the little hope I have gained?
