Hi I just read your post about you buying "Hair Regrowth Blueprint" So I want to ask you Can you recommend that book? I just want to buy it but I'm hesitating due to price. Do you have any picture before or after? How faithful you was/are to this regime ? And Is in this book have any new knowledge than just basic diet recommendation for hair loss? I would be very very thankful for responding
