Seeing scalp when hair is wet

Is it normal to be able to see you scalp when you hair is wet? When dry,I can't see my scalp at all,however when soaking wet I can.

If you cant see your scalp when wet you are a beaver. Even cats and dogs sometimes have visible skin when they are soaked.
Even if you can see it when dry that does'nt mean you have bad hairloss.

Oknow is not kidding, when you have BDD, you see things other people don't see. I have BDD and see exactly what he sees................................................... :whistle: I even see "dead people" sometimes too.......................................... :whistle:

Looks totally normal to me, I've seen plenty of girls with thinner hair, I think 99% of guys who had that would'nt think that was a problem. I wish I had such thin hair!

Sometimes when I part my hair in the bright bathroom lights I can really start getting nervous when I see my scalp. The reason is the wet hairs get clumped together creating spaces that would normally be filled in when dry. Also wet hair is thinner than dry hair. A good test to take your mind off it is to part the hair on your sides and back of your head(non male pattern baldness affected areas) and you will 100% see the same exact thing. Not looking at all would be the best solution.

It is normal to see a little bit of your scalp when it is wet because when the hair is wet it clumps together and that leaves some empty spaces on your scalp.

Looking at the picture of your scalp when your hair is wet, however, I don't see any part of your scalp.
