Is this just fear mongering? Is it even possible for an androgen suppressor to effect the lungs at all?

no one knows and we never will as it has never been fully tested in humans, and is pretty much dead now that CB has been approved.
There is no reason to use RU anymore, I used it myself for years but I took the risk, and its not required anymore
