Guys this isn't looking good. I've been suffering from scalp aches for 3 years now. No one gives a sh*t about it neither my trichologist, dermatologist or GP. Can't treat it with corticosteroids cause they don't do a sh*t for my aches. The problem is that in the last 3 weeks my scalp tingling has become so bad so when I wake up, like 3-4 out of 7 nights I can't feel my scalp, like it is so bad, I do have to do scalp massages for 10 min to feel it. I don't know what to do with this, but I'm certainly sure this is getting worse and that part of my hair loss is because of this too and no one gives a single f*** about it. It is very frustrating.....

We both got different causes other than just androgens.

Yeah bro, my pattern is weird, I have more hair loss in the zones where the aches and tingling are worse. This is a real mess.

And my hair grows short and slowww despite the strands growing out thick even happened at age 28. Not even removing all dht and having my balls not produce sperm, my hair Still grows just as slowww and short as it did before dutasteride usage. I just dont understand it.

Exactly my hair grows slow due to poor bloodflow haha. But oral minoxidill is a vasodilator and it hasnt made a difference. But maybe its deeper than that. Maybe its calcification like they say something not even minoxidill can fix. Im gonna try some scalp stretches and go easy with shampoo tbh. I got a laser helmet too. Gonna apply magnesium oil on scalp aswell.

I have a genetic test and minoxidil is not that effective at converting angiotensin activity. It recommends to use Carnitine or Arginine but I have no clue where to find it for topical use

I think my crown is improving, I use retinol before the minoxidil. Granted I did have a FUE but none of the other hairs have started regrowing yet.
I might add topical arginine too because it helps with angiotensin activity. It plays a huge role in blood flow.

Why not needle scalp too? I just finished needling and I felt my scalp pumping like a heart beat thats increased bloodflow. It stimulates collagen production too. I just did 1.2mm Close to 1.5 got a Little blood only but you can only do this every 10 days is safest.

Go to a neurologist. The problem is in the nerves of the scalp. Get a full panel of tests for auto immune disease.

Do you think that is contributing to hair loss?

I don't think so but sometimes things happen that don't make any sense.

I don't think so. I am sure it is most likely do to anxiety but it's best to make sure.

Yeah I've had panic attacks and severe anxiety the last 3 months because of hair loss...

That would probably do it.
