I'm using it 2 times per week now, 10mg/ml and I use about 2ml for full scalp coverage. I might risk it and use it 3x per week too speed up results then lower to 1 or 2 times per week. It is too early to get side effects.

Yeah I had headache, dizziness and lower back pain the first day of application but I think it wasn't related to bica.

I had nipple pain for weeks on topical spironolactone and 17a estradiol. But it went away eventually.

How long were you on that regimen before side effects appear? How often do you used to apply it? I also use 17a estradiol every day. What dosage of 17a estradiol did you use?

I used both for 5 months. Not sure when the nipple pain began tbh. I honestly think my nipples grew a tiny bit but they look normal and Good Still. I applied everyday.

What was your 17a estradiol dosage? I'm using 0.05% atm but I'm planning to increase it to 0.1%. Did you stop because of side effects?

Oh i applied everyday.
Stopped because of no effect on hair. But back then I wasnt on a dht blocker. I think it could work better now when im on dutasteride. It was 0.025% alfadratiol and 5% spironolactone. I applied 6ml of alfadratiol to head each day.

Holy sh*t 6ml? WTF. I just use about 3ml and it is enough to cover my entire scalp. I'm using only at night. Did you used it twice daily or just at nights? I think 0.025% is a low dosage. I'll buy 0.1% next time. Ofc it will work better if you use dutasteride.

I Always need 6ml to cover my head. Alot of it ends up being soaked up by the hair anyway especially when rubbing it in. I like the soak effect on my scalp. I want my scalp to feel wet.

Thought you was using it twice daily. It is ok then. Did you use to have scalp itchiness after applying it? I have some scalp itchiness they day after applying bica, maybe I should be wash my hair next moring but I don't have time to do it.

It killed my scalp itch actually. The little itch I had on hairline and front dissapeared.

When you use alcohol in your scalp it can get irritated and lead to scalp itchiness.

If I overdue it sure abit. But I get scalp pain more than itch. When I applied other topicals before.
