so in short, palmetto by itself doesn't work

Saw palmetto at the 320mg IMO does nothing for hair. Its not remotely strong enough and if your going that route its silly to not just use finasteride. There is no comparing finasteride to anything but maybe dutasteride because as of today nothing is even remotely as effective or everyone would be using it by now.
I think saw palmetto might do something but its far too weak to get any results for hair. male pattern baldness takes major androgen changes for results and I have my doubts saw palmetto or many other supplements are powerful enough
