You forgot risk of cancer.

That's what scare me a little concerning SM04554. I think my family is genetically inclined to develop cancer from a certain age, as my two maternal GP died from it, so I wonder how my tissuses will react with this molecule.

You need AA either topical or oral for any effective regimen to function. Unless you transition and make sure no backdoor pathway is still activated. My goal is to regrow then dial down back to basic stuff. Do I get sides? Lol, of course I do! E2 & Bica are definitely not side free. Every treatment presents risks that you need to understand first then decide is it worth it. Regrowing hair is definitely worth it for me.

Do you have a thread where you should progress pics and your regimen? Could be something worthwhile

WNT signaling is involved in some tumors. Like approximatively any powerful molecule that differenciates/duplicates cells and makes cells proliferate like Wnt proteins do.

@Gegen I don't know if I've asked you that before, but do you think Samumed could be a cure? So for example after years of use? (At least for NW3) So whether this WNT application has the potential for this. You seem to be quite familiar with it.

Not a cure. At least not as a standalone treatment, you need to silence DHT effects before. I think rehabilitate WNT before DHT is like a hide-and-seek. Like Minoxidil without AA (that's what I do but I don't want to use aa before a certain age).

Results of the phase 3 are coming soon and this will tell us far more relevant informations than speculations.

A treatment improves a condition and improves the patient's quality of life, while a cure would completely remove the disease from the patient. There won't be a cure for Androgenetic Alopecia for the next decade. If you experience hairloss and it's bothering you, adopt a treatment.

the problem is that hewitt needs a gmp system. Samumed was a lotion that didn't have to be customized

yes, they were having problems getting a gmp way before covid hit. Biotech is something hard, hair cloning is not something that is going to be delivered by some obscure company in Japan.

You can see that Tissuse are very specialized in regenerative therapies. These are all highly recognized scientists who worked on SHT. They are all very respected in Germany. The federal government will invest several million in Tissuse, for their human on a chip process. They will soon grow very strongly in Berlin. I can't imagine that sht won't do anything. At least moderate growth.

Sure, Tissuse seems legit. The problem is Tissuse themselves took the product out of their website and decided they didn't want to invest any further in SHT to move the tech further.
