guys I was thinking of a hypothesis, anyone who practices bodybuilding here, especially with substance use, will have heard of sarms. or Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators and Serm Selective estrogen receptor modulators, as well as those suffering from Androgenetic Alopecia, under certain sarms lose more hair because the receptors become more "related" to androgens, and therefore fall, if estrogens increase growth, and rather than modifying a gene, finding a serm that attaches itself to the follicles, bringing them more "similar" to the estrogen we already have in the body, with possible improvements?

I haven't taken the time to deep dive what this implies. But I think my next step is to check which pathways are relevant and what genes may be something to look more into. You should include only 100% matches.

Can take the FDA from a few months to over a year to approve a new drug depending on a few factors.

Samumed is doing their phase 3 trial outside the US, so pray to god they do their due diligence with finalizing their study competently so that its up to snuff for the FDA's standards.

Given the cancer risks associated with wnt, their standards better be good.

This is awesome, great work. There’s a lot here, so we’d need to filter it out even more, but it goes to show you how substantial the effect estrogen has on hair growth.

@pegasus2 what is your opinion of KY-19382? Also, is this something the labs can produce before it is approved?
If the first human trials (which is planned for next year) shows it's safe this might be interesting

It's an indirubin derivative, easy and cheap to synthesize if you can find someone willing to do it. It's one of the more promising treatments being developed.
