Sorry I missed a few questions. Been less interested in hair loss forums because I don't think about it as much. I am at 17 months into the Big 3 and still making progress. I took my 16 month pics and then promptly shaved my head to a #1. Too hot in Florida in the summer for long hair...

Anyway, You have definitely turned back the years by at least 20, when it comes to your hair. Keep up your regimen and it should be smooth sailing from here on out.
My only question whether you experienced any shedding, and if you noticed any occurrence of side effects.
I too have to keep my hair short, sine It's impossible to style up as it is. I have kept my hair short even when my hair was fine, which is probably why my hair loss crawled up on me. I glad you can style it up, I sure does make a difference. Congrats. :bravo:

I seem to always shed, but my hair keeps getting better. A few times it seemed to increase, but I never saw a real decline in hair after a shed. On the contrary, it always looked better month by month, regardless of shed hair numbers. I have had no side effects worth mentioning. Thanks!

Do you use anything for workouts in the Gym - protein powders, BCAA's?
Not saying they contributed to the hair growth, just wondering...

I use Syntha 6 protein powder 1-2x daily and I use micronized BCAA's made by USP Labs during my workouts. I don't use any other supplements except Somatomax for sleep and GH release. I take in extra Omega 3 from fish oil capsules and eat about 5-7x daily including shakes. Probably 3000 K/cals daily.

Well I haven't updated in a while, but here are some pics from 26 months. As you can see, I am growing out my hair. I have not been able to do this since I was in mid 30's (5-6 years ago). My hair density is really good now and it is still getting better each month even though I shed 100 or more hair per day.
