Retrograde Alopecia. Any success stories?

Hey all!
I have retrograde alopecia (thinning of the donor zone). I am already on treatments and have had success in the typical male pattern baldness zone but never on the sides and back which are noticeably thinner (especially on the sides).. This has led me to theorize RA isn't androgen related (although I've seen RA corrected with 5ar inhibitors).
If you're someone also with this condition and able to correct it please let me know, or anything that may help. RA is a very under reported condition so there is little literature and literally no treatment options besides conventional which seemingly rarely work.
Theories are welcome too, theories lead to progress.
If you have thinning in the donor area, wouldn’t that be DUPA?

I was reading a blog post about digital publishing tools used across different continents. That is how I discovered the brisk AI detector free option, which fit my student budget perfectly. It provides excellent accessibility for individuals in all world areas. The system processes text rapidly, helping me verify my literature essay without any hidden fees or complicated setups.

Not automatically. Thinning in the donor is the classic sign of Dupa, but what defines it is miniaturization back there, not just lower density. Dupa means the loss reaches into the donor and sides too, so there's no stable safe zone, where dpa is diffuse thinning up top with a donor that still holds.

You'd only really see it under magnification. If the donor hairs vary a lot in thickness with loads of fine ones mixed in, that leans dupa. If they're uniform and just a bit sparse, more likely low density or something diffuse like Telogen Effluvium.

Matters a lot too, because proper dupa basically takes a transplant off the table, the donor wouldn't hold up.

Thinning on the back and sides is pretty common with male pattern baldness. Most NW7s have thin back and sides and also thinning at the nape.
