View attachment 29734 DHT levels start to rise again after 24hours so its best to take it everyday to keep levels consistent.
It doesn't rise to an appreciable level until about 3 days, this is more evident with continous doses.
What do you mean by appreciable level? Surely the lower you can consistently keep DHT the better. There may not be a big difference but there is a difference
Ok I see what you are saying, when looking at the graph for 0.5mg there is barely a difference. I take 1.25mg per day so was looking at the graph of 1.5mg per day where it is more significant.
To most people this difference im sure is negligible but for someone who is not a great responder I guess it could make a difference.

Hey look im no scientist so you guys could well be right, as someone who is not a great responder to the drug I just want to supress the maximum dht possible.
In the studies all doses were evaluated up to 50mg per day and after weighing up efficacy vs sides 1mg was chosen as the sweet spot.
I dont see 1mg as a large dose considering that people take 5mg daily for BPH.
I have been taking 1mg-1.25mg per day for the last 8 years without any problems so I see no reason to consider taking a smaller or less frequent dose.
