Progress update 4200 Grafts in Istanbul

Just wanted to share my experience at Hermest Clinic in Istanbul. Since I’m young and still losing hair, the planning was the most important part for me. I worked with Dr. Ahmet Murat and his team to focus on my hairline and temples, with some support in the mid-area.

We went with 4200 grafts, and the density looks really solid. They designed the hairline based on my muscle structure so it looks natural rather than being too low or fake. 4200 grafts is a pretty significant amount, especially if you're still losing hair. The hairline design sounds like it was planned quite carefully though. I'm always interested to see how these results look around the 10-12 month mark, since 4-6 months can be too early to judge the final density. Keep us updated.

Thanks! You're totally right 4200 grafts was a major step, but the clinic set me up with a solid maintenance routine to tackle any ongoing hair loss.

We spent a lot of time carefully planning the hairline, so I’m really glad to hear it looks well designed. I know months 4 to 6 are just the early sprouting phase, so I’m staying patient until the 10 to 12 month mark when the hair fully thickens and matures. I’ll definitely post another update with photos once I reach the one year milestone!
