Quite frankly I have no faith in dutasteride stopping my hairloss so I need options. I haven't been able to find a thread like this in which contained the information I was looking for so I decided to make one myself. Feel free to add to the list.
1.Topical Minoxidil
2. Ru58841
3. Spironolactone
4. Bicalutamide
5. Oral Minoxdil
6. Estradiol
7. Cyproterone acetate
8. Enzalutamide
9. Derma Rolling

1, 5, and 7 are growth stimulants, they don't stop hairloss. You have to attack DHT to do that. If dutasteride doesn't do it for you then you'd have to go the extreme AA route and estradiol. 4, and 7 seem to be the favorite choices there. I've seen great success with number 3 both with and without estradiol.
I don't really know much about cypro. Could you explain how it is a growth stimulant?

Have you even checked your hormone levels? That's probably something you should do before jumping on such a regimen. I mean if dutasteride can't stop your hair loss then something besides androgens may be the culprit. There is no need to jump on these meds if you already have low DHT and T.
Not planning on doing it soon but more as a last resort. And yes I will definitely make sure to take a blood test before going on bicalutamide to see my default hormone levels. I'll probably try to balance the production of estrogen from testosterone using an aromatase inhibitor but I would need multiple blood tests to make that work. Might aswell enjoy the higher testosterone levels if I'm going to use bicalutamide.

Sometimes you reach a limit of doing all that is feasible. I would suggest you come to peace with however your hair is and stop striving for hair perfection and greed.

If you are a higher norwood, consider a hair transplant to regain some ground, but calm the hell down man and just accept you won't be getting the norwood 0 back you had as a little kid, and that is perfectly fine.

I am about to check my Hormons with regards to my hair loss. Can some body please tell me what needs to be checked besides testestorone levels, biotion and iron?

It would be great to have then all Hormons levels available to draw a conclusion.

Thanks!

You should also check your dht levels if you are using finesaride or planning to just so you can see your base levels. You can refer back to the data which will help you know if finesaride is being metabolized correctly.

We all are to some extent, but there are limits you should consider. There is no cure for this disease, only band aid treatments.
Yes of course, the risk to benefit ratio should always be considered before taking treatments. No treatment should just be considered for the benefits in the short term but rather should try to be maintainable for the long run. Which is one the main reasons why I choose not to take minoxidil as of right now. I agree that these treatments will not last forever and I knowingly take treatments for the fact that maintaining my hair for as long as possible is important to me

Hope for the best, plan for the worst.
If it does work, great but if it doesn't I'll need something to fall back too. Just researching the next step so I can make a more rational decision when the time comes.
You will be fine. There is a 99% success rate on dutasteride
