Possible Allergic Reaction To Toppik ? (...)

I started 1 month ago to apply toppik ( a small quantity) only in the weekends.
I noticed tome non itchy pimples in my hands, mainly in the right hand which i use for style and take contact with the product.
My scalp looks perfect. But i have this issue in my hand.
