Please Respond!!!is My Hair Thinning?asap

im 13 years old.Ive noticed that i can pull out 1-2 pieces of hair from my crown.When Im in the shower and I apply shampoo some hair sticks to my hand from washing the crown.Is my hair thinning and should i be worried?
