Painful / burning scalp around crown area. Thinning?

Its been going on and off since nearly a year. It started up 2 days ago after shampooing with Nizoral. Its unbearable. Feels like someone is pouring hot water on my head! Is this a sign of male pattern baldness? Can you take a look at my pictures to see if im thining? Is there any other cause? I have hairloss paranoia and the anxiety around that could be causing it?

Anxiety doesn't cause sh*t. However there are many different health issues that can cause anxiety. If you have anxiety about other things as well this could be a symptom of a deeper problem. Try hydrocortisone for short term itch relief.

Seek professional consultance with the likes of someone who has experience in scalp related problems and Hair loss. Possibily, a hair transplant specialist Idk... Depending on if you care about your hair or not I guess.
