I couldn't find any suppliers either. Also, I couldn't find any research that showed oral administration being effective, about 40% at the most as opposed to injected which is 80-90% effective. If you wanted to try that route you could try dental suppliers for Oraverse.

Yes I have used oral phentolamine for many years and results were amazing. I was able to maintain a strong erection even after ejaculation. The sympathetic nervous system mediates ejaculation and detumescence and phentolamine blocks sympathetic action in the penis. v**** does nothing of that, it merely increases NO levels.

There are phentolamine injections for the treatment of ED (e.g. Trimix) but I've never tried them, there's no way I'm going to stick a needle in my penis.

In China, you can buy it anywhere without a prescription. It's a very popular ED treatment. My advice: find a good forwarder at www.parcl.com (I strongly recommend Oliver Deng) and he can buy it and ship to your country.

Another possibility is alibaba.com You can get phentolamine capsules from a Chinese company called Shaanxi Virgin Element Biotech Co., Ltd.

It'd probably be for life dude, if it works. I ordered some terazosin, another alpha 1 drug that was used for ED, to test it. I chose it because it's cheaper, and requires less mg's for effectiveness. Combined with a PDE5 inhibitor, apparently it does some magic.

it might work but i dont get the point. its never been approved by fda or ema for this purpose. though different mechanism but still need to take it orally in a specific time for a specific period, and its proved to be much less effective.
you have to purchase it on a chinese market store.
nonselective alpha blockers can lower blood pressure, they aren't the right choice for every man, please be advised before taking it.
can be dangerous for men with vascular disease, they might be at high risk for heart attack/stroke.
i dont know if selective alpha blockers can be used for that purpose, but for sure are more safe.

Oral phentolamine is taken as needed, 30 min. before sex. I have used it for many years and results were excellent.

I agree with badhabiz, though. This is not a cure and there may be side effects (e.g. headaches, hypotension, stuffy nose), especially if you take it in combination with other drugs. Reactions may vary, everyone is different. And, as always, consult your doctor (urologist) before trying phentolamine or any other product.

It's true that phentolamine is not FDA approved but this has nothing to do with efficacy or safety reasons. Phentolamine is safe, effective and approved in several countries (Brazil, Mexico, China). You can easily get it in any Chinese drugstore.

I remember I could maintain a strong erection even after ejaculation. Sexual stimulation is always necessary, though.

I never said, however, that phentolamine is a perfect drug. It's not and there may be side effects (e.g. hypotension, tachycardia).

My advice: if you want to buy it, contact Oliver Deng at www.parcl.com He's an excellent Chinese forwarder and is already familiar with the product.

if we're talking about things that "work" regardless of the consequences, you could think about pramipexole (a medical dopamine agonist),it is very effective, but i wouldnt suggest it because of the related risks

Very interesting, I had never heard of pramipexole before.

But you're right, the list of side effects is disturbing.

Apomorphine, by the contrary, is excellent. It is also a dopamine agonist and another excellent ED treatment that is not FDA approved.

Here is the research I viewed that led to my decision. Ctrl+f and type terazosin until you find the patient profiles they describe. Seems to be effective to some degree. If it doesn't work for me I will try the other.
