Hey guys, this in an update. The issue has been on my mind for about 4 months now. I have visited two different highly rated dermatologists and they both said I wasn't balding and that going on finasteride would be extreme, especially since I have no shedding.

However, I have noticed recently that my hairline is more aggressively curved in side view pictures and that it is more receded when I pull it back on the right side, is this in and of itself a sign of pattern loss? I have attached some pictures below that give insight...

Anyone thoughts would be huge. Its been 4 months and I am still very worried.

This is from a few weeks ago (left side) and almost 2 years ago (right side)

Here is the top down view from tonight.

And this was the view from June 1st

Finally, it seems that my hairline is more aggressively curved from the side now. This maybe due to how my hair is styled but I'm not sure. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

The picture on the left is from a few weeks ago and the one on the right is from last year.

What should I do? I'm really worried that this is getting much worse even though I haven't really seen any thinning yet. Any thoughts?

Look, I know everyone is going to have their own opinion about their own look, but I think you are rocking a nice head of hair. While you do have recession and an "mature" hairline, I would rock that up do.

As far as Finasteride... I took it for about 3 months... I had depression from it and very little hair gains. I feel it is a bad move to go on Finasteride, but others may tell you they didn't have any side effects. If you are lucky, then you won't have anything except more hair :). DHT does a lot more things than just kill hair and altering that has some known and unknown effects. I just don't feel that safe taking it.

I know this hair thing bothers you, but trust me, I think you have a lot going for you.

Yeah I think I’m going to start. If I experience any shedding of things like that I’ll stop because I don’t want to destroy my hair. Seeing the uneven hairline and more aggressive curve from the side just has me worried

Can anyone explain those? They look really bad to me
