Hey guys, I really need some help and advice what to do.

My main concern areas are temples/hairline and also a bit of the crown.

I've been on Finastride for 1 year. Minoxidil has been almost 3 years now.

I'm really unhappy with my hair and my confidence is really effected because of it. I'm looking to get married also in December and that's adding a bit to the question of what I should do.

- I see 2 Dr's, not all the time but I have contact with them. They've seen me face to face. The one who prescribed me the Finastride to start with says my hair is in better conditiion to when I first saw him but as he knows I am not happy for 3K GBP he is recommending I do a hair transplant surgery where he will fill int he front areas

- The second Dr think my hair is good and I do not need hair transplant and says the miniturization he can see in pics of my hair shows that the medicine is working so to stay on it. As he knows I'm not totally happy he recommended doing Micro Scalp Treatment to fill in for now the parts of my concern then think about hair transplant further down the line

- I hate my template. Right now even if I brush it to a side or up, my template is exposed, specifically my left side temple so almost every day esp. when I go out or work, I have to use micro fibres to cover it. Around 4-5 months ago I can be sure I was not needing it every day only on night outs.

- MY hair line doesn't look great now either in my opinion

- I've also looked in London to some people offering PRP, the one's I showed my pics to think I could recover 20-30% of my hair density with PRP, 4 sessions

- Micro Scalp Treatment for Hair Loss is another one I can do as a quick fix.

Obviously anything over an actual hair transplant surgery would be my preferred route. Has anyone been here before similar to my situation? What do you all recommend? I can feel it's really effecting my in the morning when I get ready for the day and in general when going out

Why not wear your hair differently? That small amt of recession is easily covered up. Brush your hair back like you are doing but put a little in the front down. This is not a huge deal to have it ruin your life.

hair transplant? I am 2 years older than you and my hair loss is worse. I am not even on anything. IMO your hair loss looks pretty minor still. I would just stay on what your doing. A hair transplant is up to you, but it doesnt look bad at all for being 34.
Its funny how people will tell you your hair isnt bad for your age yet I see guys that are 40+ with Norwood 1 18 year old hairlines. Age has nothing to do with male pattern baldness.

But look here, this was taken today. You can see my hairline is now starting to get effected also, that's why I don't know what to do.

I'm looking more into the Micro Scalp Treatment as it fits more with my budget and from looks of it, what others have said that hair transplant is too early.

You have very minor hair loss. At 34 its pretty much expected, stay on treatments and use toppik to cover the thin spot up. You still have like 95% of your hair.

I keep getting different people tell me different things.

Professionals. And they all disagree with each other.

One Dr is recommending I do Scalp Micro Pigment Treatment - https://www.instagram.com/scalpculture/

Another is saying he will do hair transplant and he said Micro Scalp is very bad - https://www.instagram.com/treatmentroomslondon/

Then another one who is a Trichologist says both of them are wrong and that he would give me a plant based medicines and shampoo - http://haircentre.co/male-hairloss-treated/

Your hair looks great and no one at the wedding will see that minor recession. Wait till finasteride slows down, (if ever) then get a hair transplant.
