I still have the option for later, but after seeing the redness leave my face for the last few days, I think think I look pretty good. I still want hair transplant to fill in my front a bit more, but I think I'm almost good enough to go hit on the ladies now. Obviously not the hottest ones.
I still recommend all the NW5's and anyone with a sharp smooth scalp to dense hair transition to get a piece of some kind. Even if you have to shave some diffuse hair, those hairs are much thinner than my grafts are. I just don't think I can be bothered to spend $100 per month and 10 minutes a day on something that is not perfect, when I think I am almost good enough and can fix up well with hair transplant.
The technology out there is good. You got to match a lot of stuff to your hair, and might need to buy more than one piece to get a perfect match. But the technology is good. Just attachment methods need a little improvement. Good luck guys. Hopefully I don't thin enough to need one. If I don't start making enough money for hair transplant I might get one again, or I might try my luck with my thin NW2. Pretty easy for a NW2 to learn not to worry about it.
I'm a guy who does not even bother with spironolactone or minoxidil or revivogen. I think all those sound like too much work. If you can handle those, you can easily handle a piece. If you like to gel your hair every day, a piece might not be that much more work if you do a skin perimeter.
