Norwood + diffusing

How come nobody has figured out how to create a Norwood scale for diffuse thinning? I know it would be a bit difficult because of different patterns and whatnot but it would be good for diffuse thinners. Well even if it isn't an accurate representation of diffuse styles we would benefit from it. Or is there a diffuse scale that I don't know about?

Norwood scale doesn't really apply to diffuse thinners, it mostly deals with recession. Most people start with recession at the temples and hairline, then start diffuse thinning in their forelock and crown. The Norwood scale rarely applies accurately to anyone's hair loss situation.

Most guys can use the female Norwood scale for diffuse thinning. However, we just call it DPA or DUPA.

I guess we could use the Ludwig scale... But would that be effective for males?
