Hello guys, so I've seen many people who lose their temples and become NW1 and NW2 but they stay the same for decades and sometimes lifespan.. I know that a maturing hairline is just the "soft" way to tell a guy that he is balding, but what about people going from NW0 to NW2 in their late teenage years ? and then stay the same for the rest of their lives ? we have many people who have the same case here in Tunisia including members in my family, for this case I will show you a Tunisian public person, his name is Semi Fehri. I'm gonna share two pictures of him the first one is in his 20s the second one is at 47 years old (his age now)
he lost his temples at 17 / 18 years old and it stayed the same till now, I know many people who share the same story.. what's the science behind this ?

as you can see guys his hairline is the same, also this guy didn't do any hairloss treatment.

No, thats not true. A "mature hairline" is just how male hairlines are shaped. You can have a NW3 hairline and dont have any hairloss.

It is possible you could be right, but how many people knew Ashton Kutcher has been taking Dustateride all these years? I didn't know. Recently, there have been some actors with great hair finally revealing they have been on medication all these years.
