New hair system is weird help plz

Hey guys so I got a new system my second and well it being a bit too dark (its a thin skin) whenever I run my hand through the hair hairs fall out
My first system was a lace base is this normal? Also anyone ever dye hair slightly light or bleach or whatever? Its a hassle to send back thanks.

There is always a little bit of shedding straight out of the box. But if it is still shedding 48 hours later, that is not normal. It would suggest it is defective.

I have on a couple of occasions used "Sun-In" to lighten a piece very slightly. I have fair hair, and it works quite well, although use it sparingly and condition the piece well afterwards.

itching hair system

Hello there, i'm new to this, i have had my hair system for almost 4 days now it's itching me like crazy, can you please tell me what to do..
