I definitely felt my penis was smaller while taking finasteride, I think it was something to do with restricted blood flow, I'm not sure how or why. It was like I'd just been in cold water.
It's a shame people don't understand and in fact dismiss this particular side effect as it's never happened to them nor has it been reported in the "FDA trials" . Since i stopped finasteride everything is 100% back to normal. If not I too would be looking for answers, just like you, I guess this is not the place to look, sorry.
