Need Consulting, Help Me Fix My Hairline

Hi,

I'm balding and I believe that in 2~3 years I will lose most if not all my hair.
I'm 22 years old and until now I've used Hair Fibers but I'm sick of it.

I'm looking for a solution that can:
1) Fix my hairline.
2) Make my hair thicker.

I've heard about 2 methods:
Minoxidil 5% + Dermapen Vs. Finasteride

Pic: (You may not notice it but in RL my hair is a lot more thinner, I have bald spots and a tan line on my hairline)

Would like to know what you guys think the best solution for me?

use all 3......hair looks decent.....is that with toppik or without toppik.....what is your ethnic background......african or west indian.....i think this makes a difference to see how you will bald if indeed you do.
west indians usually have some caucasion blood and in my opinion this has made west indians more suseptible to balding.
i myself have irish and italian ancestry and i know that italians have great hair til about 40 and then by 50 are bald.
ive gone off topic a bit but atm i think you're hair looks good and wish you the best of luck...what is your family history of hairloss.

Use all 3? Are you sure this is healthy?
By the way I can only apply Minoxidil once per day if that's okay.
1) The picture is without toppik.
2) I'm African-American.
3) My father is currently bald, But at his 20's he had nice thick hair.

yeah i would use all 3 my friend......why not use everthing in your power to stop going bald......might work might not.
i think if you keep what you got now you're good to go cos your hair diesn't look like you have hairloss atm but you know your hair so i accept that you have hairloss.
i hope you have luck with this shitty disease.

could you not try growing the hair a little and sort of manipulate the hair so that it covers the hairline that you're unhappy about.
