Nasty Scalp infection- anyone know what is it ?

My 28 yr old son about 5 years ago got red scabs on his scalps.The Doctor has given various shampoos /lotions - but they only work temporary.However , it has got worse now on one side in particular he has this nasty condition.It also spreads to his ear .The doctor says it is just dry skin /ecezema- although the Doctor has not seen it in this state
These are thick clumps that literally have to be doused in tonnes of water and then hacked off.
There is no itching or any pain (other than being careful when removing)
Ive never seen a scalp condition this bad

I think you should see a doctor. My friend had something similar, I don't know what it is, but he went to the doctor. Fortunately, he got to a good doctor who prescribed him treatment and after a few weeks of taking medicine from Canadian Pharmacy , the condition of his skin improved. In half a year, he seems to be doing well. So don't delay it!
