Hi all, I won't go into my long story because in the end, it's only about what works right? Well this is what I'm using and it's working.
Nuhair kit for women (DHT blocker, Regrowth tabs, Scalp serum)
Professional Image Hair regrowth shampoo (might alternate with Regenepure DR)
leave on 30 minutes 3x week
Spironolactone tablets crushed and mixed with Nuhair serum. THis makes about a 5% solution. OR you can get 5G pure spironolactone powder and mix with the serum (I'm going to tweak this formula, mix with alcohol instead and add a little more emu or jojoba oil) Apply nightly to thinning areas.

This is me after 1 month. I know the pictures are not that great and my temples are still thin but they are getting thicker every day. Even today someone I work with who never speaks a word to me commented on how my hair looks.
