It is thinning but Very slightly (you are like an Norwood 1.75 so in great shape right now so dont wanna go past 2). How long has it been like this? Finasterade will top this dead in its tracks. If you dont want finasteride you could try zix, alfatriodol, eucapil, etc

That does look like male pattern baldness, Topical Finasteride or the BIG3 can stop the hairloss an potentially regrow the hairs with a derma roller.

I Have been using Dermaroller and Minoxidil for 5 months now, and I have grown pretty good vellus hairs on my temples.
I don't want to take Finasteride as people say it has bad effects. I am on Biotin Supplements.
I am confused. Any Advice?

my front hairline looks suspicious when its longer too but when I buzz it down, it looks normal. your hair looks thinning a little but maybe its just the look...

Can we tell more with a short buzz cut?

also Biotin helps overall with hair health but I'm not sure if you get results. You need high dose of a good quality collagen!

You either have naturally low density( yes, this is a thing) or you are forming a NW2A pattern. Is the rest of you hair like that or its just at the front?

Biotin has been shown to only be useful when there is either malnutrition akin to the 3rd world or in cases of catastrophic stress to the point that it depletes vitamins and minerals. Otherwise, all you need is 35mcg daily if I recall correctly.

Welcome to the forums.

Trust us, take finasteride and be happy for the next 10 years .
People exagerate with finasteride.

Clear miniaturization but You Can recover all of tout haïr in 6 month with médication.

I am having 10,000 mcg of Biotin Supplement daily. (Sundown Biotin Capsules 10,000 mcg.)

It seems like hair thinning to me. I really hope that it isn’t triggered by an immune disorder. Recovery from that takes time. Visit a doctor to get it diagnosed.

You could also buy partial hairpieces to hide the bald area. I bought one for myself while recovering from diffuse thinning. They are really great in restoring hair confidence. Here’s the hair replacement system that I am using.

To better understand the type of hair loss you’re experiencing, I again suggest you see a dermatologist.

Good luck

So why not try Top Finasteride? Not all people experience side effects on oral Finasteride and Topical is much less. I had sides on oral and have since been using Topical Finasteride with great success and no side effects. I would also consider adding Ketaconazole shampoo like Nizoral or Regenepure DR.
