Yes, way too early to see gains. The real change is month 4-6 and after minor improvement in most cases. Did you have an implant again at the front only? The thinning in the middle and crown wasn't addressed or is it shock loss or both? Looks severe either way. I remember you having slightly fuller hair but I haven't been checking things on here.

I had horrible shock loss originally. It was so bad that I thought I made a mistake going through with surgery. My educated guess would be shock loss is happening under the original transplanted hair making it look more thin. I don’t know for sure but it does appear thinner to me up top right now as well.

They did work in the middle so it wouldn’t surprise me. Good thing about going a second time around is that I know the journey. I just need to be patient and judge the final results March 2020 :)

Appreciate everyone’s feedback! Let’s see what 90 days brings.

Exactly, you know the journey :) If it's any consolation, I also had shock loss in my donor area but it all grew back by month 4 I think. Until then it was a little thinner! I think this is where finasteride helps so you should also make a recovery. All transplants unless they are touch ups, have a longer recovery.

Certainly! I almost didn’t even want to show month 2 since there’s no change but it helps measuring it month to month. I know around November I’ll start seeing some nice results!

Hey man,
I had similar hair transplant just one month after yours. It says in your regimen that you use minoxidil 1x daily. Do you use it both on native + transplanted hair? Do you take some other supplements?
Good luck man

Yes sir. Right now at this current moment this is my regiment.

When I wake up I take a multivitamin and a 5000 mg biotin gummy. Throughout the day I’m on a pretty healthy meal prep and have been exercising about five days a week. At night I use minoxidil pretty much all over the top of my scalp. I also take another 5000 mg biotin gummy. I also take a finasteride 1 mg before I go to bed.

Nothing scientific to my method just my personal system.

you have a great skin ( no homo) despite the minoxidil.
No dark circle from it? ( waiting for the haters...)

Sorry! I’m about 3.5 months in. Still early stages but it’s coming along nicely. The temples are starting to grow but very thin and light right now. Can’t see any real difference at the hairline yet but another 3 months from now that should be different.

Wow. Your 3.5 mark pics look really good. Awesome result that will probably look even better in a few months. Congrats. Nice looking.

Sorry skipped month 5. Just hit month 6. Shaved the temples to 1.5 yesterday along with sides to help everything grow in even. So far at 6 months I’m thrilled. Can’t wait for a full 18 months.

Could you please tell us which doctor at which clinic did you go to? Was it the same as your first transplant?
