I have it in my can't hurt category. I dont acutally notice a faster hair grown from MSM. But, nails are like 100x stroger, so I notice that effect. I take my Saw P before bed and dont have any emotional side effects. I have only been taking this for a couple months now, so I dont think this will help me for another couple months out or so.
