As I see everybody now is taking MSM.

I´ve read the dossier in the main page, and they seem skeptical about it.

Is this good that everybody here seems to be taking it?

What should you expect from MSM if you are already in the big 3??

Is it easy to get??

Does it have any sides??

I´ve been watching a documentary about the harms of vitamin supplements and now I´m not quite convinced about the convenience of taking those things, so try convince me...

I also so that documentary and honestly that sucks. About MSM, I am also thinking about taking it, thought I don’t know how much helpful it would be. As far as I know, there is no known side effect of MSM.

I've been taking MSM for almost 2 years in fairly hefty doses. I can't tell it's done anything to help with hair re-growth, but I defintely notcied all my body hair is thicker. But there's also other benefits to taking it. It helps your body detox, increases energy levels and it's great for aches and pains. If you work out, you'll notice your muscles wont be as sore the next day if you're taking MSM. If you buy it in bulk powder form, it's pretty cheap considering the other benefits. I like the stuff.

Well if you buy the powder be prepared the foul taste that is MSM. I got the powder and was not man enough to be able to drink the stuff with orange juice or anything for that matter. So i decided to stick it in my minoxidil instead.

Is it doing anything? No idea. But it's meant to help with inflammation and increase the blood flow, so it's worth a shot.

Or you could just get the capsules and swallow them... It definitely increases the growth of your hair and nails in terms of speed, and could be good for joints. Maybe more?
