Ok, after rent, food and my current hair treatments I have $29.34 a month left over and I want to spend it on my hair as well...
Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about the supplement MSM? As far as I can tell it is a nutritional supplement containing sulfer, which claims to be beneficial for hair growth as well as skin and nails. It is related to the solvent and carrier DMSO, apparently, but doesnt make you smell like garlic.

Im susupicious because it shows up in advertisements that, in the same breath, mention magnet therapy :hairy: . Also, advertisements use arguements like "it contains the fourth most common element in the body"... which would justify buying carbon or hydrogen pills if you accept the logic. Also the "studies" are very very weak and suspicious (how could six weeks of anything given to 20 peoople prove anything?)
Thanks for any thoughts.
