See thread title, mostly noticing in bilateral temples.
25 y.o. M
Have always had more of a widow's peak, just difficult to say if it's getting worse.
No hair falling out.
male pattern baldness in mother's side, none in father's.
Using Nizoral 2x/wk.

Wondering if anyone recommends anything more. Also wondering if combover could play a role.

Thanks.

First things first. A mature hairline is a receding/receded hairline. Its just an observation that many men seem to recede somewhat and stay that way for the greater portion of their lives, although in my opinion it still progressively gets worse as you age. For all intents and purposes however it is still a full head of hair. This is the predicament many find themselves in, unsure if they should treat a hairline that is receding at a snails pace.

I think you are displaying a very small amount of recession which again is totally common among caucasian males, but then again you could just be like ewan mcgregor who always had a NW2 hairline and it hasnt changed in decades, but if you think you are thinning you most likely are. The overall quality of your hair is really good though and I don't think you will be bald anytime soon if ever. I think you should take pictures of your hairline every 6 months in good lighting and sharpness so you can compare. If you notice a drastic change then you should consider medication.

I dont know some pictures it looks pretty good, and a few it looks like there is definitely some recession going on. It really all depends on what your hair used to look like compared to what it looks like now. Id agree on waiting for now, and seeing a professional in person if your still worried about it. Most derms will know male pattern baldness or when hair loss is worth treating vs waiting.
You have a lot of time to watch it so dont worry about it too much
