Has it been a steady decline? How many hairs you shed do you think?

It's felt rapid to me, and there are some phases where it seems to speed up. But looking back, I guess it's been a pretty drawn out process.
Can't answer regarding number of hairs shed. I lose a handful every time I shower. Which, given the loss I've had, you would expect more.

I believe that instead of starting to use these chemicals, you must go on a natural route to your hair care. Use a holistic approach to hair and scalp health. This is definitely best than using all these chemicals on your scalp. Consult a good hair doctor around you and then by examining your scalp, he/she would be able to tell you whether you're receding or not and what needs to be done.
