Hi everybody,

Im using finasteride, dutasteride, minoxidil 2pd, ketoconazole and spectral dnc n whevever I get around to it. Still losing ground, mainly on the hairline. Is there a topical I could add?

Background: maintained on finasteride for almost ten years, then jumped on dutasteride but after a big shed, I kept losing it at the hairline. Went back on finasteride and kept the dutasteride also. Still a lot of itching at the hairline. Should I stop with dutasteride? Rest of my hair is looking good. Minoxidil doenst do all that much I think but I cant hurt. Keto thickens it all up. Don't wanna end up being like a NW3 soon.

you could try dermarolling tbh

does spectral dnc work btw?

Thanks for your reply. Whenever I apply Spectral dnc n, my scalp feels like its cooling of and my itch eases up. That's about all I can say about that stuff. I figure, it cant hurt. Is dermarolling really gonna do anything, isn't it a really minor addition?

In my opinion, dermarolling might have be a minor addition but I feel like it couldn't hurt. Who knows, you might be a hyperresponder to it.
